Hi Cosmic Rockers.

Having watched my older brother play in bands I was immediately hooked on music and learned to play guitar at the age of ten. I was soon enlisted into the school orchestra, playing things like Joseph / Jesus Christ Superstar (it was a Cof E High School!) I got the bug to perform, travel and even talk to girls!

I studied Music at College, and gained GRADE 8 (with Distinction) in the Theory of Music. Also at this time i performed throughout the country, with a marvellous five piece band. Local legends in the midlands (Hutch + The Hari Kari). Apart from the live work we recorded an album and appeared on local BBC Radio stations, and spent time as a Studio Session Guitarist on songs that surfaced in Europe and Canada.

Now performing as a Solo Singer / Guitarist (for 7 years). I Love the freedom of working alone, travelling, meeting interesting people, choosing from a vast collection of songs to wow the audience with, either electrically with backings, (which sound as a band should) or Acoustically (myself, alone with a guitar, again through the P.A.)

Since June 08 I have also been performing the 2 Part Tribute Show – with the first set dedicated to Marc Bolan & T.REX – and the second set, a wonderful mix of Classic Pop and Rock from the same era. If you are up for a party this is an amazing night!

In addition to a very busy schedule, I host 4 Acoustic sessions fortnightly in local pubs in Staffordshire. Wonderful events for meeting all manner of musicians.

And finally while talking of all things acoustic, I perform, (on guitar and Piano) an Acoustic Tribute to my latter day hero – Paul Weller – Taking in The Jam / The Style Council and the Solo years. Very popular with our Mod friends, to which I was thrilled to perform at the 13th Nantwich Jazz & Blues Festival in 2009.
